CANCELLED DUE TO BAD WEATHER

The Caledonian Centre's first PCT (Production Car Trial) will take place at Bonaly, which is just off the Edinburgh By-pass on October 26th 2008.

If you would like to take part in a non car damaging branch of Motor Sport this is your chance. You can enter any MG, as cars will be seperated into Classes as follows
Rear Wheel Drive.
Front Wheel Drive
T Type
Cars with Limited Slip Diffs

The Entry Fee will be £10.00 per car and is open to members of a Motoring Club, you do not need a Competition Licence and you can have a passenger at no extra cost.
Car preperation is not a problem as your Standard Road going MG will only need good road tyres (not mud & snow) and a secure battery. That's it, what could be easier?
The Course up the Hill will be marked by posts, starting at 10 and finishing at the top with one. If you clear one then you will have a Clear Run giving a zero score. The lowest score wins. The skill is that you will have to deal with gradients and cambers on a grass surface so you require a lot of concentration, planning and throttle control. The worst "repair" you will have to do when you get home is clean the car!
