The above Run will depart at 10.00 hrs from James Hamilton Heritage Park Visitor Centre, East Kilbride (Tea, Coffee Hot Rolls etc. from 09.30)

The Morning part of the run will be around 46 miles with a coffee stop at Crossford if required.

The lunch stop will be upstairs at the Mill Inn, Coulter, lunch from 12.30. Bar opens 12.00 which leaves plenty time for a lunch time chat.


The afternoon will be around 40 miles via Broughton, Biggar, Lanark and the upper/lower Clyde Valley to Chatelherault Country Park, Hamilton, arriving around 15.30 (Tea etc in House Café)
